I have to use oxygen 24/7 now and as a keen biker was wondering what the implications are for riding my Aprillia Pegaso and if it is possible to fit my oxygen cylinders to it ?
Has anyone done this sort of thing before or am I confined to having to use 3 or 4 wheeled transport for the future.

Without knowing how big your cylinders are, or what associated stuff you need with them, what about a sizeable tank bag, or failing that, the Ventura bikepack system - a custom pack that fits onto a dedicated rack system?
